Your Right to Exchange and Our Return Process
At Griffe, we want to ensure you have the best shopping experience. We don't offer refunds, but we gladly offer product exchanges, and we'd like to explain this to you in a courteous manner, taking inspiration from the text provided by our competitors.
YOUR EXCHANGE PERIOD
You have a comfortable 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day you receive your complete order to exercise your right to request an exchange. During this time, you can return products without the need for any specific justification.
PRODUCT ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE
Nearly all our products can be exchanged, except those specifically excluded under Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code. Please make sure the items you wish to exchange are in their original condition and haven't been extensively worn.
IMPORTANT REMINDER
It's crucial to understand that, as stated in Article L.121-21-3, you may be responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods due to handling beyond what's necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and proper functioning. This applies only if we have properly informed you of your right to request an exchange, as specified in 2Β° of I of Article L.121-17.
REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE
To initiate an exchange, you can use the provided exchange form or simply send us a clear and unambiguous statement indicating your intent to exchange the product.
EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS
To ensure a successful exchange, it's essential to return all items from your original order. Any unreturned products will be subject to deduction from your balance, and you'll receive a credit note (a private code) for the value of the returned products, which you can use for a future order.
CONFIRMATION OF YOUR REQUEST
Once we receive your exchange request, Griffe will send you a confirmation email to acknowledge your request.
TIMELY RETURNS
Please make sure to send the product back to us no later than 14 (fourteen) days after your exchange request by mail. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and must be covered by you. However, in the case of a defective product upon receipt or an error made by us when sending the product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
